How Website Call Tracking Works
If you’re using one of our online Call Tracking numbers, and sending visitors to your website, we can tie the calls to the method. For example, if somebody receives your email promotion and calls, or clicks through to your site and then calls, you’ll see all those calls in one report to determine how well that email promotion worked.
All you need to do is add a bit of code to your site. In most cases, it takes less than 5 minutes, and that’s all you have to do.
How Enhanced AdWords Call Tracking Works
To track how many calls you get on a granular level from Google AdWords, you’ll need to install the same code mentioned above, and then you’ll need to update your Google Analytics settings to integrate with Call Tracking.
In most cases, it takes less than 15 minutes to make all the necessary changes.
